This is an adhesive patch made by Synergy Skin Worx using Silverleaf cannabis. It is not smoked, eaten or vaporized. The patch goes on clean skin, away from hair and tattoos, and the alcohol prep pads for that come in the package. It is built as a time release format, so it works over a set period rather than all at once, and it can be taken off at any point. There is no flower, no aroma and no lineage here, and none of the usual strain description applies.
