Sour Diesel strain, hybrid

Sour Diesel is one of the names that built the modern market and it still smells like nothing else. The nose is fuel first, sharp and acrid, with lemon cutting through the middle of it. Flavour is the same, more chemical than fruit, and it lingers. Buds are large and resinous, bright green with a lot of orange hair through them. The store lists it as a hybrid. People commonly describe it as fast and heady, awake rather than heavy, which is why it has been a daytime pick for two decades running. If you have not smelled it before, it is worth asking to, because it is the reference point most other fuel strains get measured against.
